To view how the system is affected by vulnerabilities in the hardware, go to menu System -> Hardware Vulnerabilities. The most prominent vulnerabilities are Meltdown & Spectre.

Status

  • Not Affected - The system should not be vulnerable for this issue
  • Mitigated - The system is vulnerable and the vulnerability should be mitigated by software
  • Vulnerable - The system is vulnerable and there is no fix or mitigation available
  • Unknown: No mitigations - The processor vulnerability status is unknown because it is out of Servicing period. Mitigation is not attempted.
