new server infrastructure

Since the last weekend, the services of the IPFire project are running on a bunch of new servers. Because of the wide distribution and the new hardware the services are running on, we get a lot more performance out of it what will be pleasant for the community as well.
This is also a place where we want to thank Hetzner because this won't be possible without their contribution and we are looking forward to provide more services in the next time.
Core Update 39

Today we are going to release Core 39.
The most significant changes are the fixed download of snort rules and the update of the ppp daemon to version 2.4.5.
Despite of that it comes with the following changes:
- Updated libpng to version 1.2.44 (critical vulnerability)
- Fixed the creating of the backupiso
- Fixed dhcp client helper script to handle multiple dns servers
- Fixed blacklist update and cache cleanup of the Update-Accelerator/URL filter
- Added missing terminfo file for screen
- Enabled support for Cisco VPN clients
